Within his first year, he sold nearly 2 million dollars in Iowa real estate (within a market where the average home sells for $120k). He is currently ranked fourth in sales for his company, Elliott Realty Group.
When Clay first began his career, he knew his age would be a drawback for some; however, he used it to his advantage. When serving his clients, Clay understands the importance of social media in today’s market, and capitalizes on his knowledge to provide the best exposure. Furthermore, he understands the changing environment of communication and caters his approach in the most efficient way, creating the best experience for his clients.
Clay specializes in residential homes, guiding first-time home buyers, and in commercial investment. In April, 2018, at age 23, he formed his first corporation, Whisler Enterprise, and purchased profit-producing investment real estate. He’s listed and sold commercial properties such as business fronts, agricultural buildings, rental homes, and others. He finds immense enjoyment in aiming clients toward sound investment opportunities and a brighter financial future.
